OK, so this is super last minute.  But I figure I'm not the only parent out there who just realized that we needed valentines STAT!  :)

This is a simple free printable I put together for both of my kiddos to hand out this year.  We are weird and actually had 30+ tiny frogs in our pantry (hahaha), but I realize not everyone has those on hand.  You can usually find small toy frogs in packs at the Dollar Tree, party supply stores (under party favors), and at Michaels.  We got our mini-frogs here.  We attached them with a dot of hot glue on low.  This way you can remove the frog and just peel the glue off when you're ready to play with him.  The low temp doesn't melt the plastic frog at all.

I left room at the top and the bottom of the lilypad in case your child wants to personalize them.  And if you'd rather go a different route, these would be super cute paired with frog erasers, frog temporary tattoos, or a little square of frog-themed stickers.
